This class is designed to push your limits and improve your overall fitness through a combination of high-intensity cardio exercises and strength training. Our unique approach targets different muscle groups each session, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive workout routine.
What to Expect:
In Strength & Cardio Circuit, you'll engage in a variety of cardio exercises such as running, Stairmaster, etc. to elevate your heart rate and boost your cardiovascular endurance. This will be complemented by a series of strength exercises performed in a circuit format, focusing on different muscle groups each session to promote muscle growth and prevent overtraining.
